Plant these 6 inches deep, providing an area where there is a sunny space to ensure the morning dew to evaporate off the tepals at the dawn of the new day. Oriental Lilies prefer acidic ( leaf mold to drop the ph ) and temperate moist summers. Providing more shade and mulching will reward you with an abundant vigorous hybrid.
