Thalissa Roselily is an Oriental DoubleBlast Lily.  This attractive peppermint pink fragrant bloom will delight you. The large buds will blast over a few days as it opens slowly to it’s entirety.  The unique pattern of stripes and deep freckles add charm in this multi petaled bloom. Using the flowers within arrangements will provide not only texture that fills in gaps, but also an accent  that will create a focal point of your creation. These truly are outrageous with class. I remember looking at it and touching the bloom was I thought it to not be real. Trust me….. It is and my-oh my— A real stunner

They like the sunshine in the morning to dry off any dew that settles in from twilight to dawn hours.

 Oriental instructions that have worked for me in Minnesota 

Plant in a moist free-draining acidic soil enriched with organic matter for optimal growth. For container planting use a loam-based, and some sand.   Regular feedings and watering throughout the growing season will ensure vibrant blooms. After flowering, leave the stem intact until nice and dry, while slowly reducing the watering of your Oriental Lilies. Then when dry, clean the pot and move the container to a cool frost free spot. In boarders, lift clean and store for the winter in a cooler or suitable chilly spot. Replant the following spring during appropriate climates making sure that they are free from dangerous frosty days.

Plant 5-6 inches deep and water in well.    Zone 4-8  for Oriental Lilies. Warmer Climates will need to make an artificial cold climate for a winter dormancy
