Stone White Martagon

Seedlings that were all white seem to have popped up everywhere. Though I do not care where they pop up, I find that these are rather sweet. Some are more shower than others ( meaning whiter ) where others have more of a rich winter white . They all seem to have a green nectary in the depths. Seed was purchased off of Etsy some 6 years ago when I first thought that all I wanted is the stunning white martagon lilies to bloom in my new garden that was reserved for the white flowers.  Planting seeds (three packages full) , watering and placing a board over it for one year provided the seeds to germinate, stay warm and be left undisturbed. I forgot about them until three seasons they were coming up, from under the decaying wood and collapsing back for another season. Board removed and allowed to grow…..  Some call it sulking, I just say they are small bulbs that need more maturity.  Each season they grew larger and finally, some of them bloomed last year and now again this year. Some have even started to increase. So, here are the Stone Whites that some have been inquiring about— remember each one is unique and different from the rest. So far these are about three feet tall, I would expect that they would get taller when they are once established.
