‘Purple Morning’ Unforeseen Crop Failure 2026 Spring

‘Purple Morning’ Martagon Lily– is a luxurious martagon that has a unique footnote of lavender undertones to the tepals and spotting, making it appear rather regal in rich displays among your hosta beds or any shaded garden beds. This new hybrid for me has proven to be vigorous and will multiply within a season or two once established.  The glossy thick tepals are made of substance and are a delight. The flowers are long blooming as one of the charistics of ‘Purple Morning’ Martagon Lily is that it blooms from the bottom up creating the breathtaking inflorescence that martagons are known for. This Lily is very hard to come by and not in commercial propagation. I have about 20 ish or so and they are absolutely stunning for all of you to have within the garden collection of the Martagon World
