L. × dalhansonii ‘Early Bird’ Martagon
$30.00
Description
This is the mart that I can always pick out from the distance. There are a lot of pink and yellow marts, but the reverse is so rosy that it just stands out in a gardens full of blooms. This is one of the first to bloom in Minnesota for me in my micro climate zone. A true welcome of spring with the dancing of pretty pink clusters of large florets swaying within the spring breeze. The stamina of this hybrid is, that it stands tall with the downpour of the heavy spring precipitation that we can always predict here in Minnesota. It also handles the icy chill of a colder night fall of frostiness. Very vigorous and truly a good looking spring delight to add to all of the ephemeral delights. Light fragrance is also noted of clean, fresh, and crisp undertones.
