Special News is a kaleidoscope of color, with its unique pinwheel of blended colors, this is one that gets noticed by all. The bud and blossoms create long bloom time for many weeks. I find the fragrance heavenly and the freckles utterly adorable adding to the charm and finesse. The ruffled tepals curl back ever so slightly.
