‘Dreamline’ Double Blast Oriental Hybrid is another New Oriental that Hartle-Gilman Gardens is offering this season. Fully loaded with color and fragrance, this ruffled delight will have you dreaming for more than just one. These are fantastic in garden containers that linger by your entryway. Eye appealing and truly a desire for anyone that enters,  as it awakens your visual senses of a tropical paradise. Softer pink hues that slowly unfold over the days as it revels a huge bloom. It certainly will have start of chatter in conversation of a must have sensation.

 Oriental instructions that have worked for me in Minnesota 

Plant in a moist free-draining acidic soil enriched with organic matter for optimal growth. For container planting use a loam-based, and some sand.   Regular feedings and watering throughout the growing season will ensure vibrant blooms. After flowering, leave the stem intact until nice and dry, while slowly reducing the watering of your Oriental Lilies. Then when dry, clean the pot and move the container to a cool frost free spot. In boarders, lift clean and store for the winter in a refrigerator  or suitable chilly spot. Replant the following spring during appropriate climates making sure that they are free from dangerous frosty days.

Plant 5-6 inches deep and water in well.    Zone 4-8  for Oriental Lilies. Warmer Climates will need to make an artificial cold climate for a winter dormancy.
