—-This strong sturdy two tone specimen is absolutely a showcase lily that is perfect for the garden setting. The pure oriental is a picture of natural grace that is found on the mountain tops in regions of Japan in native environments. There is no spotting with this designer lily. Looking close you will see the attraction of papillae that will charm you as well as how it will allure pollinators that happen to be lingering by.  Pollinators and elegant hummingbirds seek these types of flowers that have deep, dripping, moist nectarines. Lingering long enough to gather energy for their continuation of their journey during migration. I plant a lot of these late bloomers simply for migratory birds and insects due to the rich fluids of nectar. This star-struck Lilium has a large blossom and comes  with an inflorescence that is open and full with a swaying movement. The ‘Sweet Memories’ of yesteryear fills my senses and there is a point of no return. The genetic sequence is full speed ahead with this wonderment.  With the season I have about three that I can offer this season.
